Day 1:
Welcome to Jordan! A land of ancient history and vibrant culture! Your adventure begins now. We will take a flight from Larnaca Airport in the afternoon (Royal Jordanian – departure: 17:05) and land in Jordan’s capital, Amman, just over an hour later (18:25). After we pass immigration and pick up our luggage, airport pick up will be waiting for us and we will immediately be transferred to our hotel in the heart of Amman, where we will have time to go for dinner and rest as we prepare for an early start in what will be a long but incredible first full day in Jordan!
Day 2
Day 2 is probably the most active day of our trip! Put on your walking shoes and prepare for your mind to be blown away by one of the New 7 Wonders of the World!
After breakfast at our hotel in Amman, we will begin the 3-hour drive south, towards the entrance of the Petra archaeological site, where we will begin our exploration of the ancient city, including many of its highlights, such as the Royal Tombs, the Monastery and the Street of Facades among others.
Once inside, people are free to walk where they like and to stay in the site for as long as they please. We will have a guide with us for the first 2 hours, but after that, Petra is yours to explore as you see best, as long as you are out by the time the site closes in the late afternoon.
Once our day in Petra is over, we are certain that everyone will be happy to check-in to our hotel, shower and rest their weary legs, before heading out for a very well-earned dinner in the town of Wadi Musa!
Day 3:
Today we explore Wadi Rum, one of our favorite places!
But in order to give our travelers plenty of choice, right after breakfast, those interested can head out for a short drive for a free, optional visit to Little Petra, Petra’s less crowded and not quite as intense younger brother. But if this doesn’t quite sound like your cup of tea, or if you’d simply just spend the morning relaxing after what will undoubtedly have been a demanding 24 hours the day before, we also give our travelers the option of sleeping in and having a slow morning instead.
Whatever you choose, at around midday, our trip will continue, as we will go for an early lunch, before continuing on our way to visit one of Jordan’s other major highlights; Wadi Rum. Our trip to the desert will include a 3-hour jeep tour, where we will get to see some of the incredible highlights of this remarkable site.
At 74,200 hectares, Jordan’s desert is practically as big as New York! With its red sand and tall rock formations, it truly feels like being on Mars! But don’t take my word for it… Hollywood directors clearly agree, with several movies – most famously The Martian (2015) and Red Planet (2000) – having been directed here!
In the evening, we will get to have dinner, enjoy some local entertainment and relax in our luxury accommodation, while looking at the stars from our incredible bubble tents!
Day 4:
What better way to start day 4 in Jordan than by watching the sunrise come up over the desert. But that is exactly what lies in store for you today! Then after breakfast, we will begin the long drive back to Amman. But don’t you worry…the drive may be time-consuming, but we will make sure to include plenty of stops to stretch our legs and take pictures of the unique landscape of southern Jordan. And not only that, but the reward at the end of the drive will make the wait worth its weight in gold, as at lunch time, we will arrive for our 5-Star Hotel experience at the Dead Sea, to find a buffet lunch waiting for us! At 423 metres below sea level, the Dead Sea is famous for being the lowest point on Earth and incredibly has a salt content almost ten times higher than that of normal sea water.
After lunch, travelers will have the afternoon free to use the hotel facilities, including the showers and changing rooms and will also be given access the hotel’s private beach, where they can swim and float in the Dead Sea. Time permitting, spa treatments and massages are also available for those who wish at an extra cost.
Our day will end with a return to Amman, where we will check-in to our hotel, go for dinner at the capital’s famous Rainbow Street and also get a taste of the bustling down town area of the capital, with its local restaurants and street markets.
Day 5
We start our final day with a buffet breakfast at the hotel, before being picked up and driven to visit Amman’s major highlight; the Citadel. If there is enough time, we can also try to see the city’s Roman Theatre, which is nearby.
At around 14:30, you will be driven to the airport to catch our flight back to Cyprus (Royal Jordanian – departure: 17:45), where you will get back knowing that you also have the following day to rest, as it is a national holiday!

Is this trip for me?
This trip is for people who like to have fun and make friends, regardless of their age. We are sure that if
you come with a relaxed mindset, you’ll have an unforgettable time! It is important to understand that
this is an adventure trip, and as such, there is always an element of the unexpected. Traveling in Jordan
is not like staying at the Hilton in London… a lot can happen, from coming across different animals to
getting a weak or no internet connection, the air conditioning breaking, the shower having lower water
pressure and temperature than the one in your house, the food not being as good as your mother’s, etc.
But it’s good that things are different, otherwise, it wouldn’t be worth leaving home. Also, good weather
is unfortunately not a guarantee, as sometimes it can be very hot, it can rain or there may be
sandstorms and it is important that you know that there may be changes in the itinerary. What kind of a
trip would it be without some adventure?
If you invite a friend to come on the tour, it is essential that you pass this information on to them. We
want to make sure that everyone who comes along is aware of what to expect and that they join us with
the right, adventurous mind frame that will create a healthy group dynamic!
What kind of rooms are we staying in?
We will be staying in double / twin rooms. If you are traveling alone, you will be given a twin room with
another traveler of the same gender. In some rare cases, you may need to share a triple room. If you are
traveling as a couple, you will of course get your own private room together.
What if I want a single room?
Please let us know if this is something that you would like and we will try to arrange it for you if possible.
All additional costs will be incurred by the client. The hotels we stay in are often booked in advance and
it is therefore impossible to ensure that there are single rooms on the date you make the request.
Is international airfare provided?
Yes, your flights with Royal Jordanian from Larnaca to Amman and back are included in the package
cost.
Can I go alone?
Of course, most of our travelers sign up individually. They go to Jordan alone and come back with 10
new friends.
Who will I share my journey with?
You’ll spend the trip with our tour leader, Tatiana. You’ll also spend the 5 days with other travelers who
have many things in common with you, like a passion for traveling, for adventure, for discovery … and
who are looking for new emotions and unforgettable moments on this trip. We normally have travelers
from anywhere between 25 to 50 years old and we can assure you that the atmosphere is very fun and
that you’ll end the trip with a new group of friends.
What is the exact number of travelers in the group?
It depends on the demand for that specific tour, but minimum 8 and maximum 12.
Is the group of travelers flying together?
Yes, as Roady will be arranging the flights for all the travelers in the group.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 21 years old or older. However, we try to put together a group, where we feel similar
interests will be held. That is to say, similar age groups and dynamics. As a result, we personally speak to
all potential travelers to make sure that they fit in with the environment that we wish to create.
Do I need to take any specific equipment?
No, no special equipment is necessary, just bring comfortable clothes and shoes/sneakers.
Will I have any time for myself?
Of course! We hate tours that book every minute of your day. Our tour will be busy, but there will also
be plenty of time to go exploring on your own!
Why are some lunches and dinners not included?
We like to give you some time to be alone and seize every second of the day your own way. With that in
mind, some lunch and dinner times are free, so you can go wherever you want.
What about visas?
Roady will arrange a Jordan Pass for all the travelers and the price is included in the package cost. This
includes your visa to the country, as well as entry to all the major sites we will visit. You just need to
make sure that you present a valid passport set to expire at least 6 months after the date of the end of
the trip.
How many spots can I book at one time for the tour?
As many as you want. The maximum number of travelers is 12.
Can I save spots?
No, spots are only effectively reserved after payment.
