Depart from Larnaca Airport and enjoy a 5-star flight experience with the world’s finest airline, Emirates.

DAY 2 | HANOI (SUNDAY): Arrival in Hanoi, transfer to the hotel and first impressions of Vietnam!

DAY 3 | HANOI (MONDAY):

Full day of exploring Vietnam’s capital.

DAY 4 | HALONG BAY (TUESDAY):

Spend the day kayaking and swimming in one of the world’s most natural wonders, before enjoying an incredible sunset and wonderful meal on our luxury boat!

Accommodation: Luxury Boat (Twin and Double cabins with private bathrooms).

DAY 5 | HA LONG BAY (WEDNESDAY):

Bike through local villages, enjoy lunch on the boat and say goodbye to Ha Long Bay as we return to Hanoi for our overnight train ride to Sapa.

Accommodation: Luxury Train cabin (4 people per cabin with comfortable beds)

DAY 6 | SAPA (THURSDAY):

Arrival in northern Vietnam. Cable car ride up stunning Fansipan Mountain, before enjoying a free evening socializing and shopping in beautiful Sapa.

DAY 7 | SAPA (FRIDAY):

A day of village and rice field trekking as we discover Sapa’s surrounding areas and meet some of the local communities.

DAY 8 | SAPA to HOI AN (SATURDAY):

Travel from Sapa to Hanoi airport by private vehicle, before catching a flight to Da Nang in Central Vietnam. Private pick-up will then drive us the short 45 minute ride to our hotel in Hoi An.

Accommodation: La Silk Riverside Hoi An or similar.

DAY 9 | HOI AN (SUNDAY):

Free day to take in Central Vietnam’s most beautiful city.

Accommodation: La Silk Riverside Hoi An or similar.

DAY 10 | HOI AN (MONDAY):

Sitting on the back of an experienced Easy Rider’s motorbike, as you cruise along one of the most picturesque roads in the world; the Hai Van Pass.

Accommodation: La Silk Riverside Hoi An or similar.

DAY 11 | HANOI (TUESDAY):

Bid farewell to Hoi An and return to Hanoi, with a short visit (time-permitting) at the now famous Golden Bridge.

Accommodation: Lion Boutique Hotel or similar.

DAY 12 | HANOI (TUESDAY):

Our final day in Hanoi to enjoy a food walking tour, as well as some free time for shopping and to spoil yourself one last time with a massage or a final excursion around the capital.

We depart for Hanoi Airport late at night (day 13), but have our hotel rooms booked till the very last minute for those who would rather have a quiet day in!

Is this trip for me?

This trip is for people who like to have fun and make friends, regardless of their age. It will be a unique experience in one of Southeast Asia’s most fulfilling destinations! We have no doubts that if you come with a relaxed and positive  mindset, you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

It is important to understand that this is an adventure trip, and as such, there is always an element of the unexpected. Traveling in Vietnam is not like staying at the Hilton in London… a lot can happen, from the water pressure in the hotel not being as good as the one in your house, to the food not being as good as your mother’s, to coming across unfamiliar animals…

But it’s good that things are different, otherwise, it wouldn’t be worth leaving home. Also, good weather is unfortunately not a guarantee in a tropical climate like Vietnam’s. It can be raining one minute and sunny the next…

It is also important that you know that there may be changes in the itinerary. After all, what kind of a trip would it be without some adventure?

If you invite a friend to come on the tour, it is essential that you pass this information on to them. We want to make sure that everyone who comes along is aware of what to expect and that they join us with the right, adventurous mind frame that will create a healthy group dynamic!

What kind of rooms are we staying in?

We will be staying in twin rooms in 4 and 5 star hotels, as well as spending one night on a luxury boat on Ha Long Bay (twin room cabin with private bathroom) and one in a luxury train cabin on the overnight train from Hanoi to Sapa (4 people per cabin with comfortable beds).

If you are traveling alone, you will be paired with another traveler of the same gender.

If you are traveling as a couple, rest assured that you will get your own private room together.

What if I want a single room?

Please let us know if this is something that you would like and we will try to arrange it for you if possible. All additional costs will be incurred by the client. The hotels we stay in are often booked in advance and it is therefore impossible to ensure that there are single rooms on the date you make the request.

Is international airfare provided?

Yes, Roady will arrange your return airfare from Cyprus to Vietnam (via Dubai), with Emirates (30 kgs permitted). The package also includes return flights from Vietnam’s capital city, Hanoi, to Da Nang in Central Vietnam (20 kgs permitted, though it is possible to add more checked-in luggage for an extra cost if you require).

Can I go alone?

Of course! Most of our travelers sign up individually. They go to Vietnam alone and come back with 10 new friends.

Who will I share my journey with?

You’ll spend the trip with our tour leader, Marcos. You’ll also spend all the days with other travelers who have many things in common with you, like a passion for traveling, for adventure, for discovery … and who are looking for new emotions and unforgettable moments on this trip. We normally have travelers from anywhere between 28 to 50 years old and we can assure you that the atmosphere is very fun and that you’ll end the trip with a new group of friends.

What is the exact number of travelers in the group?

It depends on the demand for that specific tour, but minimum 9 and maximum 13.

Is the group of travelers flying together?

Yes, as Roady will be arranging all your flights from Cyprus to Vietnam and back. 

How do we meet at the airport?

We’ll take the data of all travelers and coordinate beforehand using WhatsApp so that we can arrange to share a ride to Larnaca airport, or to just meet there before flight departure. 

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 21 years old or older. However, we try to put together a group, where we feel similar interests will be held. That is to say, similar age groups and dynamics. As a result, we personally speak to all potential travelers to make sure that they fit in with the environment that we wish to create.

Do I need to take any specific equipment?

No, no special equipment is necessary, though hiking shoes would be useful and you will also want to take a waterproof jacket in case of rain during our treks.

Will I have any time for myself?

Of course! We hate tours that book every minute of your day. Our tour will be busy, but there will also be plenty of time to rest and disconnect.

Why are some of the meals not included?

We like to give you some time to be alone and seize every second of the day your own way. With that in mind, lunches will often take place  with the rest of the group, wherever we may be on that specific day, while for dinner you can go wherever you want, either as a group of alone.

What about visas?

Visas are needed for Cyprus passport holders. The price for this is 25 euros and is not included in the package, though Roady can assist you with applying for a visa if you please.

How many spots can I book at one time for the tour?

As many as you want. The maximum number of travelers is 13.

Can I save spots?

No, spots are only effectively reserved after payment.
